4. Placing an order
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase products from us.
After placing an order, you will usually receive an email confirming that we have received it. This does not mean your order has been accepted.
A contract between you and Sunday Scout is formed only when we accept your order and dispatch the goods.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order at our discretion, including where:

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering using the payment methods available at checkout. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers integrated with our Squarespace website.
We do not store full card payment details ourselves.
6. Delivery
We will aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated times shown on the website or at checkout, but delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
courier or postal disruption
severe weather
supply chain delays
incorrect address details provided by the customer
circumstances outside our reasonable control
Risk in the products passes to you on delivery. Ownership of the products passes to you once we have received payment in full.
7. Returns, refunds and cancellations
If you are purchasing as a consumer in the UK, you may have rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Unless an exception applies, you generally have the right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving the goods, and then a further 14 days to return them.
To be eligible for a return, items should be unused, in their original condition, and returned with original packaging where reasonably possible.
We may reduce the refund amount if the value of the goods has been reduced by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect them.
Refunds will usually be made to the original payment method once returned goods have been received and inspected.
Some items may be non-returnable or excluded from cancellation rights where permitted by law, including personalised or custom-made items.
This section should be read alongside our separate Returns and Refund Policy, where provided.
8. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at [insert contact email] with your order details and, where helpful, photographs of the issue.
